Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing websites for our clients, customizing themes, and ensuring the overall functionality and performance of WordPress-based websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with our design and content teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites.
Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility with different browsers and devices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and responsive web design principles.
Strong understanding of WordPress best practices, coding standards, and security.
Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
Ability to work with third-party APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and plugins (e.g., WooCommerce).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with website hosting and server management.
Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
