Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in a similar role is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills.
Must pass a background check.
