Sr Financial Analyst

Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

Responsibilities

Assist corporate finance and senior management with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and business/brand performance analysis.
Liaise with private equity sponsor. Ensure all required reporting to sponsor and banks are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze budget variances to recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Build and manage in-depth financial models to support new business opportunities, financing initiatives and business transactions.
Perform ad-hoc analyses in support of commercial initiatives.
Support due diligence efforts when required.
Support preparation and review of monthly Executive Leadership packages.
Assist in effectively planning and budgeting business results.

Requirements

BachelorÂ’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution; an MBA is a plus.
4+ years of Accounting/FP&A experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
Fundamental knowledge of Accounting, Reporting and Analysis.
Clear understanding of P&L and balance sheet relationships.
Ability to quickly learn ERP systems.
Problem solving skills to identify problems, gather and analyze information skillfully to resolve problems in a timely manner.
