Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager in Dahlgren, VA.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs.
Manage large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks
Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans
Responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the agencies technical approach
Define and negotiate personnel for necessary resources
Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs essential tasks, and personnel management
Serve as Primary Point of Contact for the Government Stakeholders
All other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance


Desired Experience:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Ten (10) years of professional experience in program/ project management.
Five (5) years of specialized experience supporting program/ project management in each of the following areas:
Demonstrated experience using and training Microsoft Project software
Combat Systems (CS) technical experience
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining large scale strategic execution plans
Development and execution of tools and trackers utilizing Microsoft tools
Developing meeting agendas, chairing meetings, developing minutes
Documenting and tracking action items and assessing responses to ensure completion of actions
Developing and monitoring various Dashboards related to daily execution and oversight of technical, business and acquisition Department level requirements


Position is located onsite at NSWCDD DNA Government facility.
