We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Director for Equine Facilitated Education Programs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reaching out to diverse communities, including schools, clubs, veteransÂ’ organizations, first responders, judicial services and others. The Program Director will design and implement equine experiences tailored to meet the specific needs of these communities and be responsible for program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach to schools, clubs, veteransÂ’ organizations, first responders, and judicial services to establish collaborative partnerships.
- Plan and implement new Equine Facilitated programs to address the unique requirements of various communities.
- Directly engage in program design and development, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with certified professionals and instructors to deliver high-quality equine experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for participants, emphasizing the therapeutic benefits of Equine Facilitated work.
- Manage and coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, participant recruitment, program delivery, and evaluation.
