Our client, Landmark Facilities Management is an established and successful Facilities Management Company based in Ealing with contracted clients across London.



Currently they are recruiting an experienced HVAC Engineers to join their existing PPM team providing in house services.



The Role:

Carry out PPM, fault diagnosis & system repairs

Installing systems across multiple and diverse commercial sites

Ensure all appropriate technical & compliance paperwork is completed as appropriate and in a timely manner

Be directly liaising with Planned Maintenance Coordinator



As the successful candidate, you will be:

Working on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning projects.

Having the knowledge and ability to carry out servicing on all types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, heat pumps, extracts, ducted systems.

Having extensive experience working on air conditioning such as Splits (Single, Twin & MultiÂ’s), along with VRV/VRF units (Daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc).

Able to write informative reports to provide the necessary detail for quotes to be completed by the team.

Happy to carry out routine maintenance tasks, while having the fault-finding skills to react to breakdown calls.

Having a good working knowledge of safe working practices in relation to 3-phase and single-phase electrics and applications and to adhere to these.

Having worked at heights and in confined spaces.



There may be occasional weekend and out of hours work and you should be willing to work with our clients when the need arises

Qualifications :

Have a Full UK Driving Licence

Be eligible to work in the UK

Be an engineer who lives within or close to the M25 area

Have an NVQ or C&G in Refrigeration (Preferred)

Be F Gas qualified (required)

Have a City and Guilds F-Gas Category 1 (essential/minimum)

Have City & Guilds 5831 Electrical Safe Isolation – Desirable not essential

Have Product Courses/Training – This would ideally be with Panasonic/Daikin systems

Have strong fault finding & first-time fix skills

Have effective written and verbal communication skills (with clients and onsite management teams)

Have the ability and desire to provide a high-level of customer service and to be a team player



Licence/Certification:

Fgas qualification (required)

driving licence (required)

Work Location: multiple sites

Salary between £40-£48k dependant on your specific experience

Enhanced overtime rates for occasional evenings and weekend work
