at Dynasty Reign Allstars in East Sussex

Overview:
As the CEO of our Cheerleading Sports Club – Dynasty Reign Allstars, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for steering the organisation towards its mission and vision. This position requires a passionate and visionary individual dedicated to creating a vibrant and inclusive cheerleading community with exceptional managerial skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
  - Provide strategic direction for the club’s growth and development.
  - Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the team.
  - Develop the club’s mission, vision, and core values.
 
2. Club Establishment:
  - Establish the organisational structure and framework.
  - Develop policies and procedures for club operations.
 
3. Operational Oversight:
  - Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the charity.
  - Manage and optimize resources to maximize impact.
  - Design and implement cheerleading programmes and activities.
 
4. Community Engagement:
  - Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders.
  - Enhance the charity's visibility and impact through community outreach.
 
4. Mission Alignment:
  - Ensure all activities align with the organisation's mission and values.
  - Implement programs that reflect the charity's commitment to inclusivity.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Cheerleading or related fields.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for promoting community engagement through Cheerleading.
