IT - Project Management Specialist (Agile Project Manager)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced candidate who possesses a strong background in IT . The ideal candidate will be proficient in communicating both Hindi and English and will excel in providing clear task assignments, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring project completion within established deadlines. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical skills to drive business growth & successful project execution. Must be having ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, along with strong communication and collaboration skills and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful development & execution.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of frontend and backend development technologies, tools, and best practices to effectively guide the team along with budgeting.
Task Assignment: Define project tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities to team members while considering their strengths and expertise.
Timelines and Milestones: Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep the project on track.
Status Updates: Regularly collect updates from team members, track project progress, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Swiftly address technical challenges, conflicts, and roadblocks, making data-driven decisions to ensure project momentum.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that the final product aligns with the project scope, technical standards, and client requirements.
Deadline Adherence: Employ effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Senior IT Project Manager, leading successful frontend and backend development projects.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.), and API integrations.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
