Training and Operations officer (Make)

at Jobisite in Abuja Federal Capital Territory

Urgent position has opened for experience applicants to join our team!
Requirement and Qualifications:
a. BSC in security operations management, criminology, security studies, or it's equivalent.
b. Knowledge of physical security & it's components will be considered.
c. Professional certification as a certified protection officer will be an added advantage.
d. Relevant experience as a retired paramilitary or military personnel will be a plus.
d. Candidate's age of 35 to 50 yrs.
e. 3 yrs of work experience as a training specialist or similar role.
f. Residence in Lokogoma/Galadamawa will be greatly considered.
g. 5 yrs of experience with designing security training programs and workshops.
h. Ability to lead a full training cycle.
i. Ability to conduct physical drills on guards force.
j. Knowledge of various training & teaching methods.
k. Excellent decision making & organizational skills.
L. Ability to interpret & implement cascaded corporate quality objectives.
m. Sense of ownership & pride in your performance & it's impact on company's success.
n. Great team leader & guard force management.
o. Good time management skills.
p. Great interpersonal & communication skills.
q. Proficiency in the use of excel, words and the internet.
r. Social media expertise in WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook, e.t.c.
s. Knows Abuja environs
