Administrative Assistant

This position requires knowledge of Microsoft applications with some QuickBooks experience.
Strengths include excellent organizational and time-management skills, detail orientated, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Important that you are trustworthy, dependable, with integrity and discretion which includes confidentiality, resourcefulness.
Someone with people skills and ability to deal with outside organizations. You need to be comfortable dealing with communications by phone.
We need someone who will think outside the box, be proactive, innovative, communicate effectively and willing to make suggestions. Good with follow-through and excel in presenting new ideas.
Education: High School degree
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft applications and some QuickBooks experience
