Full-time Relationship Manager- Commercial

at Jobisite in Maharashtra

1. Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal.
2. Ready to travel for client visit.
3. Must have real estate knowledge about how its works.
4. Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to operate Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.
5. Detail understanding of LinkedIn.
6. Coordinate and schedule appointments, on-site & off-site meetings, and conference calls.
7. Collect and organize all property information in a format for quick reference.
8. Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documents and Maintain contact and other databases for the company.
9. Setting up meetings with potential clients and Conducting Property visits.
10. Ensuring compliance with the operations process.
11. Preparing Legal Documentation like Letters of Intent / Agreements to Lease / Lease deeds / Letters/ Notices as required, Registering Documents, etc. / Legal and Technical Due Diligence of property.
12. Making good relations with the back office & team.
13. Work with the team for Client appointments & achieve conversion.
14. Must have a strong work ethic and a sense of loyalty to the company.
