The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Answers incoming calls and directs them to appropriate destination
• Performs additional project work as assigned by management
• Regular attendance as required
• Other duties as assigned
• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
