Full-time Packaging Supervisor , PAYS $44/HR Indianapolis, IN

Packaging Supervisor needs 2+ yearsÂ’ experience
Packaging Supervisor requires:
 5:30am-6:30pm
 Must have steel toed safety shoes
 Experience with cGMP environment
 Experience working in device manufacturing or packaging environment.
 Good technical writing and editing skills.
 Previous Leadership experience
 Organizational and motivational skills
Packaging Supervisor duties:
 Ensures staffing and training for operators working on the packaging line. Ensures the team is adhering to policies and procedures.
 Communicate with the Area Management on quality, equipment, and operational issues.
 Act as both administrator and technical leader for operations, setting a good example through demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique. Able to fill in when operator staffing requires it.
 Represent the shift operations at huddles and provide feedback to the floor on updates from said huddles.
 Supervise temporary employees for several contracting agencies.
 Handle escalation within the team.
