As a sous chef you will have a remarkable understanding of only the finest fresh produce and have several years of experience creating traditional French Dishes.

The successful candidate must have At least three years of full time work experience as a sous chef in a french restaurant. A strong knowledge of French cuisine/background. The ability to work in a very fast paced environment Flexibility to work a rotating hospitality roster. Be able to manage a full team Full time ( rosters, orders, hygiene, creation)
