Job Title: Supply Agent (China Sourcing)

STANBOK, a mega e-commerce chain store set to launch in Florida, USA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Buyer/Procurement Agent with expertise in China sourcing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing branded products, specifically Android mobile phones and Smartwatches, from reputable Chinese manufacturers for STANBOK.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a buyer or procurement agent with a focus on China sourcing, preferably in the consumer and electronics industry.
2. You must be presently residing in China or willing to travel to China for this project. We do not work with sub-agents or sub-sub suppliers and we reserve the right to cancel any agreement we have with you if we find out that you sub-contract this project.
3. Demonstrated expertise in negotiations, supplier management, and contract administration.
4. Strong understanding of quality control processes and experience implementing quality assurance measures.
5. Proficiency in logistics management, including warehousing, customs clearance, and international shipping.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. We may conduct a background check before disbursement of funds or allowance to you. We will inform you if this is required.
8. Familiarity with Chinese manufacturing landscape and established connections within the industry.
9. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
10. Availability to start within 2 weeks from the date of hiring.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers in China capable of meeting STANBOK's product requirements.
2. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
3. Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet STANBOK's standards and specifications.
4. Manage warehousing logistics and coordinate shipping arrangements to ensure timely delivery of products to STANBOK's distribution centers.
5. Navigate customs regulations and procedures to facilitate the smooth importation of products into the USA.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product requirements, timelines, and any relevant updates.
7. Maintain relationships with suppliers and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
