Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Front Office Administrator:

• A LOT of data entry
• Processing daily paperwork
• Answering phones
• Taking messages for other members of management
• Answering emails
• Filing digital and physical files
• Customer service (interacting with vendors, builders, and walk-in customers)
• Light cleaning

Shift Timings: All Available
Job requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Data accuracy
• Computer literacy
• Organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize projects when needed.
• Communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and clarity.
• Time management
• Knowledge of the Square app.
• Patience
• Willingness to learn and continue learning.
• Background check and drug screening required
