WeÂ’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Process Improvements/Best Practice I to join our Continuous Improvement team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise.This role is located in Liverpool - HYBRID.

In this role, youÂ’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Involvement in Continuous Improvement via Robotics programming. Management and delivery of automated processes from Initial investigation, process mapping and design to development and testing. Updating and management of project documentation including action logs, RAID logs, benefits quantification, and project plans.
Preparation of MI data on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Assistance with Excel spreadsheet preparation, construction of new complex spreadsheets and reports, formatting, and process definition.
Coaching less experienced team members with Excel functions and formulas
Preparation and editing of correspondence, reports and presentations for internal and external meetings to a professional standard and with a high level of attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, weÂ’re seeking the following:

Must have strong experience of Microsoft Office to include advanced Excel skills and be prepared to learn a robotics coding language
Preferable – some experience of power query, Power BI, SQL or other similar software
Experience writing and producing documentation of a management standard and running projects/responsibilities independently
Proven project/administrative experience
Ability to clearly and concisely articulate information, issues, and solutions to peers and managers.
Must be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore manage priorities, establish and meet deadlines
Pro-activity regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
Experience of process mapping beneficial
Preferable – degree in Maths/Finance related disciplines
