Keeping all three Manhattan units and a Pennsylvania vacation home fully occupied by using short term rental sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Couchsurfing etc.

Promoting a self published book and creating a presence on Tik-Tok

Helping with his endeavors in the entertainment industry

Other responsibilities are:

Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
