The Role
Pearl Lemon is currently looking for Business Development Intern. You will be assisting Business Development manager in developing and launching outreach campaigns on email and LinkedIn for our clients.
POSSIBLE Responsibilities
Â• Making outbound calls to business houses from the contacts available in the database.
Â• Filtering company lists to target ideal customer profiles
Â• Assisting with outbound campaign preparations.
Â• Create ad-hoc reports for the sales and the management staff as requested.
Â• Support the search for new suitable business partners to increase the brandÂ’s networking capabilities and customer reach.
Â• Support in responding to emails and making coldcalls and replies to prospective clients.
Â• Support in retaining a good relationship with existing clients.
Â• Other duties as assigned by the business development analyst and/or manager.

Required skills and experience
Â• Excellent writing skills
Â• Being comfortable with developing outreach strategies
Â• Strong persuasion and communication skills
Â• An ability to think outside the box, get creative and persist to achieve results.
Â• Being a self-starter is vital to succeed in this position.
Â• Fluent in English, minimum of B1 Intermediate
