Job Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients interested in hunting experiences with Waidmannsheil. Your role will involve promoting our services, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Consultation : Engage with potential clients to understand their hunting goals, preferences, and experience levels.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase Waidmannsheil’s hunting packages and services.
- Follow-Up : Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate : Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of booked hunting trips and client requirements.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hunting or outdoor adventure industry.
- Strong understanding of hunting, particularly in South Africa, including local wildlife and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in a sales consultant role is highly desirable.

Compensation :
- This position is commission-based, offering competitive commission rates for each sale closed.
- Additional earning opportunities through client referrals and repeat business.
