REMOTE CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST - Beyond Seller Growth

Location: Remote (Philippines and South America preferred)
Compensation: $500 - $1,000 per month (USD)
Job Type: Full-Time

Beyond Seller Growth is hiring a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our growing e-commerce services team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive support for a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our sellers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
