Mechanical maintenance supervisor needed for Lubecore International Inc

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Train or arrange for training
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommend personnel actions
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Provide on-site services
- Supervising installation of automated lubrication systems (ALS)
- Overseeing mechanical system diagnostics and maintenance
- Coordinating field installation crews
- Ensuring compliance with industrial equipment standard
Supervision: 3-4 people, Lubrication system technicians, Field service technicians
Area of specialization: Installation of automated lubrication systems (ALS)
Salary: $44.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Day
Requirements / Skills: Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
