Hiring: IT Project Manager – PLM (GxP Environment)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives in a regulated GxP environment. This role requires strong project delivery expertise, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of compliance within life sciences or medical devices.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in IT Project Management
Good understanding of GxP concepts and regulatory compliance
Experience delivering enterprise PLM solutions
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
Drive alignment between business, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations (FDA, ISO, CSV principles)
Coordinate with Quality, Validation, and Compliance teams
Maintain project documentation, validation artifacts, and approvals
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as required
Ensure quality delivery and operational excellence across projects

Good to Have:

PMP, SAFe, or similar project management certifications

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in regulated environments who can drive compliant, high-quality PLM project delivery.
