Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Male or Female, 3040 years old
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements
Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls
Coordinate and lead internal and external audits
Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members
Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals
