Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This work-from-home (WFM) role combines accurate data management with high-quality customer support. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure timely corrections
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner
Provide information about products, services, and account details
Process orders, applications, and customer requests efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and documentation
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
