Full-time Data Entry / Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This work-from-home (WFM) role combines accurate data management with high-quality customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering excellent service while maintaining data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure timely corrections
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, and account details
• Process orders, applications, and customer requests efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
