Hiring: Teamcenter L2 Support Analyst
Work Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Experience Required: 6+ Years (8+ Overall)
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter L2 Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations of Teamcenter PLM environments. This role involves troubleshooting, system monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in Teamcenter L2 Support
Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and environment setup
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and basic SQL
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and problem management
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter issues (user access, workflows, data management, integrations)
Troubleshoot issues related to Rich Client, Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, and other modules
Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and ensure application stability
Support deployments, patches, and configuration updates
Work with L3 teams and cross-functional teams (CAD, infrastructure, DB) for issue resolution
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
Good to Have:
Exposure to CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo)
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management)
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, Batch)
Additional Details:
Interview Process: 1 internal round (client round may be required)
Contract extension based on business needs
