Admin Specialist I

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare the property custodian functions of the Corporation;
2. Conduct semi-annual and annual inventory of company's fixed assets, semi-expendable items and library/reference books.
3. Conduct canvass of supplies/ equipment and prepares Purchase Order, Request for Payment, Canvass Sheet and invitation to bid, etc;
4. Monitor acquisition of assets and ensure the issuance of Memorandum Receipts (MR), assignment of property number, and property tagging;
5. Handle the disposal of property in coordination with the Disposal Committee and COA;
6. Handle the renewal of business permits, tax clearance, SEC registration, Bureau of Fire Protection clearance, among others;
7. Handle the payment of Real Estate Taxes;
8. Handle the renewal of insurance of LLFC premises;
9. Monitor and analyze the expenses on gas & oil, electricity and telephone charges, association dues and other expenses and timely settle this obligations when they fall due;
QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:
Graduate of 4-year course relevant to the job
At least 1 year relevant work experience
At least 4 hours relevant work training
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php29,000.00 - Php30,531.00 per month
