You will

Be driven by pay incentives, this is a big opportunity for earnings
Ensure targets are met and exceeded
Self-originate leads
Have strong research skills
Help build on and lead our sales process
Innovate new ways to approach brands
Manage the sales cycle of your clients with support from the team
Understand what compels marketing directors
Work collaboratively with the directors on new initiatives to drive company growth

Required Skills/Experience

3 years’ sales/business development experience in B2B
Ideally, you will have experience working in the media and marketing industry (not essential)
Being proactive is a must - keeping high activity and being able to motivate yourself is an important part of the job
Highly organised to ensure that your diary is full and you're able to manage a sales process from start to finish (including cold calling, booking meetings, closing the deals)
