Full-time Brand Manager for a Business Coaching Company

Hello, Brand Managers!

My name is Suzanne and I am the CEO of Driven Inc - a small business coaching company that specializes in startups and entrepreneurs who are in service-based Industries. We help companies define who they are and what they do to get clients, how to be financially successful, how to develop teams, how to scale and make a huge impact in the world. Most of our business is based on education training and content and so we support all of our potential clients and customers on a daily basis.

We are looking to hire a motivated, Brand Manager who is both creative and strategic when it comes to growing our company brand. A rockstar who can help our company understand and identify opportunities and strategies to implement for our revenue and growth.

This is a full-time remote position.

We are looking for a Brand Manager specifically with these requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Has 3+ years of experience in brand management
Has experience marketing a coaching or digital educational business
Has experience scaling a brand through a wide range of tasks related to company brand growth marketing, copy, and social media
Has understanding of paid advertising
Has excellent analytical grounding and thought process in evaluating marketing data, monitoring the performance of marketing efforts, and creating new projects/new steps within the marketing of the company
Has the ability to write marketing copy, angles, and hooks
Has experience leading and managing marketing and creative teams
Has experience in CRM (preferably Infusionsoft)
Must be within the US
Comfortable with traveling out of state (our main office is in North Carolina)

Nice to have:
Has experience coaching or teaching in the digital education space

Your responsibility will include (but are not limited to):

Growing/scaling the whole company brand using a wide array of digital marketing and advertising strategies
Company brand positioning and project management systems
Develop and launch brand campaigns, including concepts, objectives, hooks, and execution tactics across digital channels
Interacting with the staff the vendors and the team who is moving the marketing and brand growth forward
Managing the day-to-day marketing, advertising projects, the social media projects
Managing day-to-day marketing operations of projects and creative team
Pulling reports used for email campaigns funnels and setting up daily and weekly social media project management
Managing the projects and creative team’s calendars and timelines
Updating knowledge about competitors, and new ideas and positions in the marketplace
Setting up meetings with the team and other divisions about the brand’s positioning and movement
