Non-Purpose Lending, Senior Client Processing Rep

Wealth and institutional firms rely on us for clearing and custody, trading and settlement services, a broad suite of investment solutions, middle and back office support, data insights, and business consulting.

The Non-Purpose Lending is an integral part of the operations for Pershing. We work collaboratively with the operations teams of our clients and other departments within Pershing to process Non-Purpose loans, Fed Pledge and Pledge Collateral Monitoring requests.

Responsibilities:

Develop deep relationships with operational teams and our clients
In depth knowledge and training of Regulation T / Non-Purpose loans and Pershing Policies
Will utilize interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with clients and internal colleagues to solve issues timely and accurately.
Provide quality customer service and support to Pershing customers daily.
Identify risk and exposure for escalation

The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
