TS Investigations Team (TSIT) Client Service – TSIT is a seasoned and highly skilled area which directly assists internal/external clients via the eCRM Platform to resolve complex day-to-day transactional issues.

Lead Analyst - Position Summary:
Serves as a direct client-facing contributor in assisting internal / external clients to resolve complex day-to-day operational and transactional issues. Ensures requests are resolved completely, quickly and accurately. Applies advanced problem solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information. Uses developed communication and transactional knowledge skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base. Proactively maintains awareness of potential client business needs and denotes self-service opportunities when resolving cases. Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to refine the model to improve the client experience. Participates in developing process improvements as well as continuous personal development and education.

Responsibilities:
As a team contributor, a typical day may include:
Ensuring a high level of service to Treasury Services clients and stakeholders
Collaborating with the global team to ensure timely results
Handling urgent and complex items as first point of contact
Exhibiting BNY Mellon’s values and behaviors as the face of BNY Mellon servicing


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
Fluency in Spanish language is required
