We are looking for:
HR Recruiter, Based in Europe, Southern Europe is preferred

Freelance.
Job brief:
A Recruiter is generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Source passive candidates.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.
Requirements and skills:
- 1 to 2 years Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent multi-tasking skill.
- Strong decision-making skill.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
