Full-time Talent acquisition/ Business development support.

Business Development Support, Based in Europe, Eastern Europe is preferred.

Job brief:
We are looking for energetic business development support to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the communication of the organization with clients.

- Act as a link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in services rendered by the business organization.

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

- Undertake and monitor research to provide highly needed support for the business development team.

- Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization.

- Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have a strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization.

- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

- Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends; this enables the organization to improve on its effectiveness in service delivery.

- Provide required support for the organization’s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management.

- Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization’s business development team.

- Assist the sales agents of the organization to complete clients visit reports and system development.

- Manage reports and management information to ensure the company meets up with requirements made known by clients.

- Attract any good potential person to the team.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, degree in economics is preferred.

- 2 to 3 years experience working in a similar role.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.

- Strong knowledge in economics.

- Tech savvy and familiar with Slack and Tableu.

- Ability to adequately perform professional and financial services relating to the needs of the organization.

- Excellent skills in logistics management and information and computer technology.

- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

- Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the organization.

- Excellent skills in time management.

- Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time.

- Ability to work as a team player.

- Strong drive towards fulfillment of company’s goals.

- Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.
