Physical Therapist (Full-Time/PERM/SNF)

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist at our foremost Bourbonnais facility. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating geriatric patients with various developmental and physical disorders, working cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team and department to achieve goals and objectives for providing optimal patient care services. Organizes and directs the treatment activities of patient assistants and rehabilitation aides.
Qualifications Include
BS, MS, or DPT from an accredited physical therapy school.
Previous experience working with geriatric patients.
Prior experience working in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
State Physical Therapist licensure is required.
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
