The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing setting. Essential duties and responsibilities of the physical therapist include providing skilled therapy services and interventions by physician orders, assessing patients' functional limitations, developing a plan of care consistent with the patient's rehabilitation goals, and participating with the interdisciplinary team. Additionally, the physical therapist will be involved in patient education and know documentation and billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance Carriers and the ability to complete computerized documentation.

EDUCATION: Bachelor/Master's Degree from Physical Therapist Program

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:

Current State Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification are required.
