Full-time Physical Therapist (Full-Time/PERM/SNF)

A rapidly-growing provider of therapy services to the skilled nursing care industry is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our organization and become a part of our progressive Hayward team! As a Physical Therapist, you will provide quality physical therapy services to residents by established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards, evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning, and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals as well as communicate and interact professionally and effectively with residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements:

· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

· Successful completion of the National Certification examination for PT

· Current license in the State of practice
