Physical Therapist (Full-Time/PERM/SNF)

We exist to improve the health of patients, members, and the communities we serve. Currently seeking a Physical Therapist full-time for our prestigious skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee. Job duties and responsibilities for this position include; maintaining a high level of productivity in utilizing physical therapy-related skills and services, interacting in alignment with physician instruction, and developing and implementing rehabilitation strategies for patient rehab. The successful candidate will be required to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team and demonstrate familiarity with computerized document completion and Medicare billing documentation procedures.

Overview: Required skills & experience (the “must-haves” to be considered)
- Licensed Physical Therapist. Must have an active state license or be eligible.
- 1yr of experience as a PT preferred
- Doctorate or Bachelor of Physical Therapy
- CPR
