Full-time Caregiver - Fredonia

We are currently searching for a few Support Staff/Caregivers to support a member in his home. Support Staff would assist with verbal cuing around ADLs and partial-full assistance with IADLs. Member is verbal and enjoys the following activities: sports, playing games, listening to music, crafts, getting out in nature and in the community!

Ideal candidate would have experience with physical and verbal behaviors. Also looking for the following attributes: dependable and punctual, patient/calm, takes initiative, and can effectively communicate.

Job Responsibilities:
· Bathing
· Grooming
· Dressing
· Meal Prep
· Medication
· Communication Support
· Mentorship for life skills
· Activities
· Household cleaning
· Behavior Challenges

What we are looking for:
· Staff with positive language
· Candidates with experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, crisis intervention and positive behavior management are encouraged to apply!

Hours:
· Friday and Saturday 3rd shift
· Saturday and Sunday 1st shift
· Saturday and Sunday 2nd shift
· Monday and Friday 2nd shift
· Wednesday 2nd shift (every other week)

We are looking to hire multiple caregivers for these positions

Pay:
$15/hour 1st and 2nd shift
$17/hour 3rd shift
