Your day to day
A day in the life of a club lounge attendant will include;
Maintaining the club lounge in a clean and orderly manner
Ensuring excellent and professional client service at all times
Communicating and liaising with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation
Undertaking general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) for all areas of the hotel at all times
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will have;
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
