Mitigation and Restoration Branch Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mitigation and Restoration Industry with a BA degree or 5 years in Mitigation and Restoration Industry (field experience)
-Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
-Strong communication skills
-Experience in Fire cleanup, and restoration
-Must relocate to area
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
-15+ years’ experience in the Mitigation and Restoration Industry
-IICRC certifications
-Experience in Mitigation
-Experience talking with Customers and insurance adjusters
-Experience being on Call
COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
-Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
