One Client is looking for a Ford Fleet Mechanic to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Applicants should be eager to learn, be self-motivated and have a desire to become a team leader.
This person will perform a variety of duties designed to service, repair and maintain Company’s Fleet of Ford trucks.
Knowing IDS System is a plus
Know how to do pinpoint tests
Mechanic must be able to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time. You need to be able to lift your arms above shoulder level to install and remove broken or worn out components.
You must have skills in the care and use of hand and power tools and be able to manipulate these tools in areas of limited space.
You must be able to work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions
Be willing to travel
Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude
Must be able to communicate with supervisor and safety personnel
Must be able to work with little or no supervision
Qualifications:​

Electrical experience is a plus.
Ford mechanical experience specifically
Pass a drug screen
Pass a background check
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to attain a CDL
Must be able to be MSHA/OSHA certified
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of directly related experience.
