Seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney. Candidates should be self-driven, academically distinguished, and highly apt for written and oral advocacy.
What you will be doing:
Day-to-day responsibilities will include all tasks generally associated with overseeing and managing client matters, including communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties; motion practice; preparing for and attending depositions, court hearings, and trials.
The attorney will take an active role in client relationships with an opportunity to participate in the firm's ongoing business planning and expansion.
What you will need:
A law license in good standing is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Must have Medical Malpractice Defense Experience
