We have a new opening for a technical support engineer in the USA, and this position is part time.
We need independent visa holders for this position. Below are the job details.
Job – Part Time
Salary – Approx 28.5 USD for min 40 hours per month. Additional hours can be billed by the employee based on number of hours worked.

Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Project Managers and the Support team to prioritize and troubleshoot technical issues and local needs. The Technical Support Specialist’s job is the successful deployment and utilization of Vision Group’s autonomous retail and IoT solutions through troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination of the specific solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Ask targeted questions to understand the root of the problem to determine resources needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through a series of actions that may be in person or via phone/text/chat to resolution.
Refer to internal training and tools to provide accurate technical solutions that are compliant to Vision Group’s autonomous retail and ioT solutions.
Engage with Support to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, keeping Project Manager and Support team in the communication reporting.
Ensure all issues and activities are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage open issues at a time.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years experience in customer service and/or technical service/sales.
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Travel
Primarily local travel to customer sites
