We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Vietnamese and have a strong understanding of app and IoT devices.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure app and IoT devices at customer locations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to app and IoT devices
Provide technical support and assistance to customers
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure efficient resolution of issues
Perform regular maintenance and updates on app and IoT devices
Keep accurate records of installation and maintenance activities
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
2+ years of experience working with app and IoT devices
Fluency in English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with common app and IoT platforms and technologies
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
