Full-time Remote Customer Service Specialist

at Sun Day Travel in Tennessee

Sun Day travel is in need of excellent customer service representatives who are passionate about assisting clients from start to end. They are able to communicate via phone and email. They enjoy conversing and recognize the importance of effective communication. Customer service personnel may assist with issues that arise and be an advocate for the client.
Customer requests are invaluable, and we train on how to ask the best questions to create the vacation of the client’s dreams. Customer service representatives are also efficient problem solvers. They are effective troubleshooters, and will follow up if they need additional information in order to respond to consumer queries or address concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client communications are handled by phone, email, letter, or social media.
No GDS or CRM system.
Book vacation using various vendors.
Provide details about the vacation quote.
Take payment information as well as other vital details like addresses, phone numbers and birthdates.
Take secure payments.
Answer any questions you have regarding destination.
Gather quote request.
Ask questions to gain understanding of what the client wants.
Follow up with client prior to trip to make sure they have all required documentation.

Requirements:
Should be well organized.
Problem solving skills are required
To obtain client satisfaction, identify and analyze their desires.
Through open and engaging communication, build long-term connections and trust with clients.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct vendors and tools.
Handle client requests and concerns in a timely fashion.
Keep track of client information, payment due dates, and travel documents.
Follow up on all client communication.
Go above and above to please clients.
