Full-time HR Executive

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Invoice generation
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations matters.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
Monitor employee morale and address any issues that may arise.
Identify opportunities to improve employee retention.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports for management and stakeholders.
Your role will involve working closely with employees at all levels, providing guidance, resolving HR-related issues, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Requirements:

MBA or Any Bachelor's degree, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience).
Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
