Full-time Tasting Room Associate

at Koenig Distillery in Idaho

Job Summary:

The Tasting Room Associate is primarily responsible for the guest experience and providing exceptional customer service, from greeting incoming guests to seating and serving tastings, and ending with suggestive selling of spirits and merchandise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Properly follow procedures when opening and closing the facility.

· Provide an elevated customer experience during seated tastings.

· Suggestively sell spirits and merchandise to increase sales, club memberships, and brand loyalty.

· Maintain general cleanliness of the facility (restrooms, store front, Tasting Room, Loft, and Distillery).

· Assist with special events (setup, directing guests, supporting vendors, and cleanup).

Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Ability to suggestively upsell product.

· Self-motivated and a team player.

· Able to lift 50lbs and work on your feet for 5-6 hours.

Must be 19 to work in the Tasting Room and primarily available on weekends.
