Title: Program Manager

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite/ Hybrid)

CATO Program (Cloud Acceleration, Transformation and Optimization) 3 year
program focused on transformation and optimization of application portfolio
and their infrastructure platform to support Digital Transformation and
drive down IT cost

Background & Context

- A disposition was conducted on the entire application portfolio on a
previous initiative STAR where cost optimization was a driving factor
- 4 Dispositions/Initiatives came out of the disposition exercise: Cloud
Migration, Decommissioning, Application Modernization and Application
Consolidation
- The CATO program then was executed in 2022 and the focus was mainly
around the foundation of the cloud (policies/framework/methodology/pilots)
and then focus on 2 of the 4 dispositions Cloud Migration-Migration
applications identified as candidates for rehost to Azure cloud and
Decommissioning-Decommissioning applications identified for retirement

Job Description

- Senior project manager
- Experience in leading cloud migration programs
- Manages entire program and is the face for the program including
updates to Senior Leadership and multiple stakeholders
- Tracks overall program budget within SAP including processing and
paying all invoices, completing Accounting documents and completing monthly
forecasting
- Experience in Microsoft Project to maintain program schedule and track
all workstreams
- Provides deliverable updates, benchmark data, financials/cost savings,
risks, etc. to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Key focal point for all program related questions whether it is
related to timeline, scope, budget, risks, issues, etc.
- Follows all CNP PMO methodology on tracking project and the
appropriate deliverables/processes/guidelines
- Assist all stakeholders through testing documentation, inputting
changes for change management, all coordination/tracking
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and project costs
- Identify any inter-dependencies between various stakeholder groups to
ensure all are aligned and risks identified, mitigated and communicated
- Manage the agreed scope of program to ensure that change request are
called out, agreed upon and adjusted against timeline
- Perform resource management and risk management
- Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of
workstreams to ensure successful go-live
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills
