Full-time Director of Talent Acquisition

at Management Business Solutions in New Jersey

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition for its client in New Jersey. This individual would oversee the recruitment efforts. The position is fully onsite.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mentor and oversee the recruitment team.
Develop and implement best practices to hire top talent.
Build relationships with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Maintain relationships and communication with candidates in a timely manner.
Actively research the recruitment trends in recruitment and markets.


QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.

· 4+ years of experience managing and training a team required.

· Prior experience working in a fast place environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written required.

· Prior ATS experience required.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
