Full-time Director of Employee Benefits

at Management Business Solutions in New Jersey

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Director of Employee Benefits for its client in Allendwood, NJ. This individual would be responsible for managing benefits for 800 employees. This position is fully onsite role.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing day-to-day benefits for employees.

· Recommend new programs by analyzing the market and costs.

· Conduct annual employee enrollment for multiple locations.

· Manage employee communication as it relates to benefits.

· Maintain proper record keeping and updates of benefits.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.

· 5+ years of experience within HR/Employee Benefits required.

· Previous experience in ATS systems required.

· Proficient in Microsoft products required.
